Hilary Sayers


Since age 9 when she would imitate Michael Jackson, Madonna and Britney Spears videos, Hilary knew she wanted to dance for the rest of her life.  She is studio trained in jazz, ballet, tap, and modern and has competed and performed around New England and New York with Dan Karaty, NappyTabs, and Footloose’s Kenny Wormald.  She has also done shows for the Boston Celtics.   After high school, Hilary turned  her focus to hip-hop and started training with dance crew, The Floor Lords.  Since 1981, the Floor Lords have done competitions worldwide, worked with artists such as Run DMC, Madonna, 50 Cent, Missy Elliot, and The Beastie Boys and most importantly, spearheaded the hip-hop scene in Boston.  Hilary loves everything about dance and wants to express to the world why everyone should love it too!


Travers King


Ballet, Contemporary, Hip-Hop
Travers King has been studying theater and dance for as long as he can remember.  He began his education at various dance studios including Hudson Dance Academy, Center Stage Dance Studio, Ms. Kim’s School of Dance, and Sue Sabillio’s.  In 2009, Travers received his Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Dance from the University of Hawaii at Manoa, where he concentrated on contemporary and ballet techniques. Travers also studied at the London Contemporary Dance School, one of the most prestigious dance conservatories in the United Kingdom. He has performed numbers by world renowned choreographers and worked professionally with Ballet Hawaii and Honolulu Dance Theater. Travers has also performed in numerous theater productions such as 42nd Street, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, Chicago, and Meet Me in St. Louis.  In addition to teaching, he is currently a member of Stylized Movement Dance Company.


Eivar Martinez


Ballet Master
Eivar Martinez graduated from Youth Ballet of Venezuela and was offered a contract with the National Ballet of Caracas under the Artistic Director Vicente Nebrada, where he quickly rose to the rank of principal dancer. He was featured in Nebrada’s Coppelia, Nutcracker, Don Quixote, Swan Lake, Romeo and Juliet, Cinderella, Paquita, Diana and Actaeon, Le Corsaire, Balanchine’s Tchaikovsky Pa De Deux, Nuestros valses, Batucada, La Luna, Pentimento, Fiebre, among others. He has toured Europe, the USA, China, and South America. As a Finalist competitor in the June 2000 New York International Ballet Competition, critics and audiences noted his technical virtuosity and athleticism.  Mr. Martinez danced for two seasons as a member of Tulsa Ballet in Oklahoma He was featured in Romeo And Juliet, Nutcracker, Don Quixote, Sleeping Beauty, Lila York's Celts, Paul Taylor Company B, Amadeus Amodio Carmen, Balanchine’s  Who Cares? and well as many other contemporary works by Nacho Duato. Eivar then joined Festival Ballet Providence as a Principal dancer during its 25th season, RI audiences enjoyed his technical brilliance and virtuosity in many roles, including Giselle, Don Quixote, Diana And Actaeon, Le Corsaire, Nutcracker, Sleeping Beauty, Swan Lake, Cinderella, Anthony Tudor's Leaves Are Fading, Agnes De Mille's Rodeo,  Spring Waters, Victor Plotnikov Carmen and Coma and others. Mr. Martinez then danced as a Principal dancer of Dance Alive National Ballet for its 2009/2010 season, where he performed such works as Dracula, Cavalier in Nutcracker, Black Swan, and contemporary works. Eivar has appeared as a Guest Artist with Minnesota Ballet in their production of Sleeping Beauty as well as Guest Principal Dancer for  Kentucky Ballet Theatre where he performed Grand Pas Classique, Sugar Plum Grand Pas, among others. Here he was recognized by the Kentucky Council of the Arts for his performances. Mr. Martinez has appeared as a Guest Artist, Master Instructor and Choreographer with numerous Ballet schools and Companies throughout the country.

Caitlyn Shepard


Acrobatics, Ballet, Contemporary, Tap
Caitlyn began her training at Shannon O’Brien School of Dance in 1993.  Since then, she has performed in a variety of dance competitions, winning several awards in both regional and national events.  Caitlyn is a dance major at Dean College and will be graduating this year.  At Dean, she has both danced in and choreographed for several productions including Cabaret, Showcase and Dean’s 2012 Dance Company.  Independent of Dean College, Caitlyn won the regional Young Choreographer Award at the 2011 American Dance Awards.  While studying, Caitlyn has taught at local dance studios and is looking forward to expanding her career as a dance instructor with her new role teaching acrobatics, ballet, contemporary and tap at House of Dance.
